Steps to forward outlook mails to another mail account

First of open your outlook/Hotmailaccount
When you open the outlook account click on setting  icon which is on the right upside of webpage and then click on More mail settings

When you click on mail settings a new window open 

Now Click on Email forwarding a new window like below image open

Now you see the three arrows in image first click on forward your mail to another email account.
In the box you have to type your Gmail email or another account mails.
After then click on Keep a copy of forwarded message in your Outlook inbox. This will help to store your real mails in your account.
